Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
Seeds from 7 cardamoms, blueberries
1 cup Basmati brown rice
2 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Method:
Place the middle pot on low heat and pour in the oil.
